Total 2% yogurt with honey - HE?

    Hi this is my first post after lurking for a while!

    I've just had some delicious Total 2% greek yogurt honey twin pack = 8 syns
    instead of cereal and milk i normal have as 2 HE for brekkie

    can I count it as a HE instead of syns??

    I very much doubt it. Unless it's listed in your book as a healthy extra it won't have the required amount of fibre/ calcium etc.

    I've just checked the book and greek yogurt isn't a healthy extra on either the green or original plan. The Greek 0% total yogurt is free on both plans though.
