I have submitted my order and now all I have to do is wait for delivery

I have tried everything but the VLCD and for some reason I am quite excited for the challenge

I have a holiday in 3 weeks and so I am trialing Exante for this holiday as I want to lose 1 stone

I won't have the ideal body for holiday but I will certainly be detoxed and in a better state of mind to eat "sensibly" while I am there

I ordered the mixed bumper pack ( 4 weeks) and also ordered a shaker and a orange drink mixer for £100 which is good because i would a lot more than £25 per week anyway

If you have any words of advice or plain simple down to earth truth about my next 3 weeks please feel free to post away

Day 1

Just having my breakfast now a vanilla shake not as bad as I thought and I did it in the hand shaker

I just had to down it in one because its not the type of shake to sip slowly throughout the morning

I never thought I'd be able to commit to doing this type of dieting but I've done the first step
