TOTM again, really struggling I want food!!!

Am feeling so drained coz av come on again. Went for a pelvic scan last Friday, now the good news is, they only saw one fibroid and the bad news is that I have a cyst:cry:. Haven`t had time to go the GP but will make effort today or tomorrow. Am feeling so drained am thinking iron levels are low coz all this bleeding is not good. I just feel like eating something maybe just a steak or whatever but am feeling a bit off at the moment:tear_drop:.

Hiya Diva. It may be worth eating some meat then, to help you feel a bit better. I think our bodies are good at telling us what we need if we're prepared to listen. Some meat won't take you out of ketosis, and may help you get through the next few days. When it's my TOTM, I tend to go working solution for a few days, as I get this insane desire for chicken. I still lose weight on it though, just make sure you stay low carb.
Anyway, hope the feeling passes soon. Hope the GP comes up with a plan for the cyst, and that all is well soon. xx
