Hi everyone, just had a question has iv seen a few posts relating to totm and it having an effect on weightloss. Is this true? And if so what could I do to help speed up the weightloss during that time. Any advice welcome xx
Hi Zara it can make you retain more fluid around TOTM affecting weightloss very temporarily but it will even itself out after. Best advise is to stick to the plan and keep drinking the water so you remain hydrated.
