I really do mean it in the new year hun!!! its me versus fat lol :8855:...i cant carry this excess weight, its killin me!!!! you would think doing 10+ hours a week at the gym i would be slimmer.....but i am such a junk food eater!

I weighed myself yesterday after some time and i was 11st 12. I am quite surprised that I have managed to maintain so far. hope you manage to maintain for the rest of the festive period too. We will start a new thread in the new year and lets see us losing those final pounds.
