Still no cravings for bad foods, this has got to be the longest i think i have ever gone.

Eny way here is my food diary for you all to have a look at:

Breakfast: 5x rich tea fingers (5 syns)
Lunch: 2x slices bread (1xheb), banana, muller light yoghurt.
Dinner: 2x jacket potato with 28g of cheese (1xhea)
Snacks: scrambled egg

I have been at work most of the day so i have not had the chance to eat anything else, plus i havent felt too hungry today?
