Cruise PP transition

4 = attack
1 = PV
Today = PP
I am having probs with transition ive done everything the book suggest - gallons of water, recommended oatbran and some wheatbran and vegetables yesterday.
I have stomach ache and feel yuk . Any suggestions? Thank you

I am going into town soon so I'm going to get some Fybrogel and hope that helps - hope so
