Hey All,
I'm planning on have a treat free wkend to help me get my 3.5lb off for Monday. So far so good, went for a 30min walk this morning, followed by breakfast of 2x Weetabix & Banana. No Snacks till lunch, which was a sweet chilli chicken salad. (yum)
Here's hoping I can keep it going rest of 2day and then onto 2moro.
