thanks jules,yoyo dieter & crumbles am just popping in quickly i haven't had any time to myself this week with family from wales lovely to see them but god i'm shattered been in bed by 9 every night must be my age lol i am hoping to get on here tonight but i have my brother coming over as well and don't know what time they will be going :eek: i will have a lot of catching up to do.

:cry:sts this week bit peed of as didn't go off plan just think lack of water played a part this week, will get back to writing my food out from tomorrow grandchildren have gone back tonight so will have more time, going to have my 2ltrs of water and loads of superspeed fruit & veg.

hi crumble its just so annoying when u know ur foods been spot on am sure its lack of water, i got an sas log from class to fill in for the week to see if that helps :rolleyes: just going to catch up with everyones diaries now :eek: hope u enjoy the rest of the week xx

lunch- s/w quiche with red pepper,onion & mushrooms
dinner- 2 100% ostrich sausages, 300g tesco frozen mash (4.5 syns) cabbage, runner beans, swede & carrot
snacks- banana, hi-fi bar (h/e b) latte (h/e a) mint chocolate shapers bar (4 syns)
90.5 syns - 9 = 81.5 syns

2lb loss is great, followed by a STS is a great average loss. So keep it up and you'll get there. It all evens out :)

hi gail thanks i shouldn't have really expected a loss i had lost 3lb the week before that as well so was expecting a bit much :rolleyes: hopefully i will have a decent loss next week, hope ur ok

i have been on plan all week have had loads of water, veg & fruit so am keeping my fingers crossed for a decent loss tues, i have had a couple of my friends that i haven't seen for ages commenting on my weight loss and i can actually see that i have lost the weight i can see a slimmer me when i look in the mirror which is a first for me, when i had lost weight previously i still saw a fat person staring back at me perhaps at long last i have progressed :bliss:
