I'm shattered but glad to be home after a fab week. Its nice to have a break and I bet it will be lovely x

Lunch- salmon salad, apple
Dinner- chicken, sprouts, carrots & runner beans gravy (2 syns)
Snacks- Latte (h/e a) mullerlight shapers bar (4syns)

Hi guys it's been non stop today have had GD since 7.30 we've been playing all morning managing to have a sit down now she's having lunch then hopefully she will want a sleep for an hour :) hope ur all having a good day xx
