Trimlee's Trip

Stick with the programme folks!

3 days into the week, it is week 3 for me and my weigh in is on Friday. I am less drawn to food now but the Lipotrim shakes can be bland! Having said that, I am grateful that they are satisfying -no hunger; they do hit the spot.

I have opted out of all work dinners -4 of them! I feel quite good about it really. I like the fact that i can say "no" to food! I will socialise on other occasions.

The main challenge is the blandness -it does feel a bit boring. Hmmm, I remember a fitness coach saying when it gets boring stick with it -it means you're getting good at it!

The idea of stopping crosses my mind sometimes but I have decided and I am determined not to stop till I get to my goal -otherwise I had put myself through all this for nothing.

Later on I'll post the new (if odd!) reasons I came up with to stay on course.
Have a great day reader!

The blandness of LT is there to help break food cravings...it is one of the things I like about LT.

Where has three weeks gone?

Yesterday's weigh in: 2kg down! Yay!!! View attachment 160530 This is a pound of fat.
1kg = 2.2lb fat

Fabulous weight loss:happy096:

You are doing great.

Thanks Mini! Re: blandness, I guess you're right. I will definitely appreciate the flavours of foods when I refeed after I hit my target weight.
By the way, I was at the local market yesterday and the range of vibrantly coloured fruit and veg was pure eye candy to me; can't wait to start eating healthy food :D

I hope you're staying strong :)

Hey there Lipotrimmers, I hope the weekend is going well for you all.
It is Sunday evening and I have made it through, thank God.
I find weekends rather tough - what with cooking etc. Same as weekday evenings...

I came up with some new reasons to stay on track, inspired by a pic of a pound of fat! Odd visual but I picture great handfuls of fat all over me, e.g. 3 for my tummy, 1 for each forearm, 2 for each thigh, etc. I counted about 14 I could get over me!!! Well if each handful reps a pound of fat and I lose a pound a week then I have to stay on for the full 11 more weeks planned (I plan a total of 14 weeks = 100 days).
So if I want those handfuls of fat gone I can't stop short of target!!
Lol, lol. Onwards TFR 100%

Hey fellow Lipotrimmers, today I am happpyyyy!!!
First thing is, this week (my 4th week) I noticed that my clothes feel much looser, and not only that -my previously 'too tight' size 16s now fit perfectly!
Then, today I went for my weigh-in and I'm another 1kg down! Small number maybe but big achievement: I am still 100% TFR, I am losing weight steadily and I am committed to getting to my goal!!
Also, I got the Lipotrim flapjacks today -and I find them not too bad!
It feels like such a bonus that I get to actually chew something -and still be completely sticking with the programme.
Yes folks, I am happy today!! :D

I am so impressed on how well you are doing you are an inspiration!

Delighted that you like the flap jajcks as they are so handy and filling and it is great to have something to chew!

Aaaaw, thanks for your ever positive and encouraging words Mini. I hope you are keeping well spirit, soul & body.

In yer face, fat cells!

Day 32 in the Lipotrim House.
So today we had the office 'bring and share' event. I was ready baybeh! I think I got the balance right between hovering around and disappearing, reappearing with my flapjack and a cup of black coffee, and chatting with colleagues -so no-one seemed to notice that I did not touch the food -haha!!!
Chuffed :D

Also can now really feel the difference in my trousers -they're getting loose around the waist and legs. Yes!

Kinda makes up for evenings when I get cravings to eat 'real' food -like this evening..... But no, I must stay the course. I'm liking the results too much to quit now :D

Day 34 (5 weeks tomorrow -yay!) Some evenings it is hard. Like yesterday was. I soooo felt like eating some chicken! Ok, no, I didn't, but I did feel sorry for myself :(

This morning is different; new motivation...

I went raiding my "isale apoti" (translated 'bottom of the wardrobe') and dug out this size 12 knee-length pair of camouflage shorts -oh!!

Well, it is far from fitting (with me still a size 16!) but it brought back good memories of my being that size, and now it is my new benchmark for when to stop Lipotrim.

So my new Lipotrim mantra for when the days get tough: "Don't quit till these fit." Yo!

Time flies! Day 44 week 7! Bit tough over this festive season and I had a bit of coconut rice (big oops!) but I am glad I am still on the wagon. How are my fellow trimmers?

Hi how much have u lost in 7 weeks? Did you not have Christmas off on the diet then? X

Hi Honey-J, I've lost 8kg (17.6lb) in 5 weeks (didn't weigh in for week 6 as it was Boxing Day). Next weigh in is Friday 2nd Jan for week 7. I didn't come off for Christmas as I would find it very hard to get back on, lol! How's it going with you Honey-J?

Day 45. Oopsy, felt really ill yesterday. I had a vile taste in my mouth, so I had 2 chicken drumsticks. Back on course today!

Major struggle last few days. Kinda tired plus had a bad cold. Ate some chicken and ham and handful of chips :(

I did notice that just a little food filled me quickly; I guess my stomach has shrunk.

Didn't get to weigh-in yesterday; will go today.

On the bright side, I feel the looseness in my clothes now -definitely dropped a dress size -now size 14 :D

Also officially now at the half-way mark; today is Day 50!!!!
Well, I seriously thought about coming off, but I am not at goal yet -so I'll continue.

(Note to self: remember your 'don't quit till these fit' mantra -of those size 12 combat-style shorts? Reply to self: "Yes, yes, I do! I'm not quitting!!")

Hmm, strong resolve backing down somewhat... But no! I must keep on. Decided to modify though. Yesterday started on protein & veggie dinners. Not my original plan but better to get to target at a slightly slower rate than not at all.
Feeling good! :D
