So its your first green day? You must let us know how you get on and if you plan to do another!!! I'm on my third slimming world stint and have only ever done a green days. This is my first week after stopping 2 years ago. I always have a bbbbiiiiiggggg lunch. Usually a jacket with beans, lots of fruit and a muller light. I find green so much easier than any of the other plans. Hope your day goes well. xxx
