T's food diary

Thanks Lou, it would have been probably easier just to say sod it but i thought if i write it down and remember what i did it may make me think twice next time. Lets hope so.
 
Well although a few blips this week still lost 2lb yah!
So lost 11lbs all together, now going to have breakfast.
 
Saturday - Extra Easy*

Breakfast - Kipper, 57g wholemeal bread, 1 teaspoon of sugarfree raspberry jam = 1/2 syn

Lunch - Sausage, 48g Sainsbury Carrot Cake = 10 syns

Tea - Chicken coated in chilli flakes and Pasta

Night Out = 3 glasses of wine = 15 syns, Magners = 15 syns, 2 1/2 cider = 8 syns, Vodka diet Coke = 2 1/2 syns, Mars Bar = 14 syns

Total for day = 64 1/2 syns flexible day as i always have on a Saturday.
 
Sunday - Extra Easy*

Breakfast - 57g Wholemeal Bread, 2 tsp of sugarfree jam = 1 syn

Lunch - Roast Beef, Roast Pork, Roast Chicken, Potatoes, Courgettes, Broccoli, Leeks, Carrots. Gravy = 4 syns

3 glasses of red wine = 15 syns

Tonight i plan to have some fruit and maybe an omellete so no more syns today.

Syns for today = 20 syns, god wine is lethal but great too.
 
Monday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Alpen Light Bar - 3 1/2 syns

Mid Morning Snack - Banana

Lunch - 57g Wholemeal Bread, 42g reduced fat cheddar, Tomato, Celery and Ham.
With a packet of Quavers - 4 1/2 syns

Tea - 2 Pork Slices, Mushy Peas, Jersey Royal Potatoes.

Snacks - 28g Dorset Cereal and 0% greek yoghurt with sweetner = 5syns lovely snack and i sure it will make a lovely breakfast too. Its on offer at the moment in Sainsbury's.

Chicken Coq Au Vin already in the slow cooker for tomorrow.

Tuesday - Red Day

Breakfast - 6 x Ryvita Wholegrain Crispbreads with 2 x Dairylea Light Triangles = 3 syns

Mid Morning - Banana

Lunch - 3 Egg Bacon and 42g low fat cheddar Omelette, Apple.

Afternoon Snack - 4 x Morning Coffee Biscuits = 4 syns

Tea - Coq au vin Chicken with Spring Greens and Broccoli = 1 1/2 syns

Snacks - Mullerlight, Fibre Plus Bar

Syns today = 8 1/2 syns

Wednesday Training Day - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana

Mid Morning - 2 Hob Nobs =7 syns

Lunch = Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Mixed Peppers Chicken and Chorizo = 5 syns

Mid Afternoon Snack - 2 Hob Nobs = 7 syns

Tea = Not sure yet

Syns so far today 19 but only had 8 yesterday so not over for week.
 
Thursday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 Alpen Lights

Mid Morning - Banana and Some grapes

Lunch - Jacket Potato, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato and Chilli

Mid Afternoon - Apple

Tea - Jacket Potato, Lettuce, Spring Onions, Cucumber, Green and Yellow Pepper, Celery, Plum Tomatoes, Chilli - Made from Tin Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Red Kidney Beans, Extra Lean Mince, Swartz Hot Chilli Packet Mix - Made 5 large portions and this was 6 1/2 syns per packet so i have synned this as 1 1/2 to be on safe side.

Evening Snacks - 3 Marshmallows - 3 syns, Galaxy Ripple - 8 1/2 syns

Total for today = 13 syns

Syns today so far = 1 1/2

Luxury Fish Pie was okay but i personally thought a lot of effort for what it was.

I tried the Haddock Gratin before posting my recipes and thought this had a lot more flavour and was yummy.

I have not had that in a while i must make some more as these can also be frozen.
 
Friday - Red Day

Breakfast - Alpen Light = 3 1/2 syns

Mid Morning - Banana

Lunch - Wholemeal Roll with Tuna, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato and Mixed Peppers

Tea - Cromer Crab, with 57g wholemeal bread

Evening - few drinks = 20 syns or there abouts.
 
Not expected but i lost another 2lbs today so only 1 more before i get my stone award.

Really pleased and starting to see the results now.
 
Saturday - Flexible Day

As the sun was shinning yesterday i cannot say i ate very much however i did drink my way through 11 hours in the sunshine. I have no idea how many syns were consumed but i am straight back on plan today so lets hope i can at least stay the same this week.
 
Forgot to post yesterday but stayed within syns and was on plan all day.

Monday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Alpen Light = 3 1/2 syns, Banana

Lunch - Really Busy at work, only had a packet of Hula Hoops = 9 syns

Tea - Chicken in Arribata Sauce on Pasta Twirls, 42g low fat cheddar

Evening Snacks - Strawberries, Chinese Pear, 3 Marshmellows = 3 syns

Total Syns = 15 1/2 syns
 
Tuesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, Fibre Plus Dark Chocolate and Almond

Lunch - Sweet N Sour Mugshot and bag of Frenchfries = 4 1/2 syns

Mid Afternoon - English Strawberries

Tea - 2 Slices of Ham, Fried Egg = 1 1/2 syns, Garden Peas, McCains Rustic Chips 100g = 1 Syn

Evening Snacks = Courgette and Cumin Sauce, with taghetelli, strawberries, Apple.

1 Morning Coffee biscuit - 1 syn
packet of quavers - 4 1/2 syns.

Total Syns today = 12 1/2 syns
