Tuesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, Fibre Plus Dark Chocolate and Almond

Lunch - Sweet N Sour Mugshot and bag of Frenchfries = 4 1/2 syns

Mid Afternoon - English Strawberries

Tea - 2 Slices of Ham, Fried Egg = 1 1/2 syns, Garden Peas, McCains Rustic Chips 100g = 1 Syn

Total Syns today = 7 syns so far

May have some fruit this evening and a few more syns.


Sorry to be a pain....did you manage 1/3 superfree at each meal as it can really slow weight loss down if you don't. Maybe Green or Original days would suit better on the days when you don't fancy veg

Thanks Claire for the advise but at the moment the weight is coming off even though i not always doing the 1/3 superspeed. I may change it in the future if the weight stop coming off, but at the moment it is so i going to keep with it.
 
Wednesday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 Alpen Lights, Banana

Lunch - Spaghetti with Courgette and Cumin Sauce, Cherry Tomatoes and a Mullerlight

Tea - Homemade Chicken Curry with Rice and a Mullerlight.

Snacks - Mint Aero - 7 1/2 syns, 4 sugarfree mallows - 1 syns

Total for the day 8 1/2 syns

Thursday - Green Day

Breakfast - 2 boiled eggs

Mid Morning - Banana, Alpen Light

Lunch - Rice, 71g Chicken Curry, Alpen Light

Afternoon - Flump - 1 1/2 syns

Tea - Baked Beans on 2 x White Bread = 8 syns

Snack - Flump - 1 1/2 syns, Quavers - 4 1/2 syns

Total Syns 15 1/2 syns

112 syns this week is a pretty good estimate, i dont think i will lose but staying the same should be possible. Here's to weigh in tomorrow.
 
Saturday - Extra Easy sort of

Breakfast - Bacon Sandwich, 2 slices of white bread = 7 syns

Lunch - Mullerlight and Banana

Tea - Homemade Chicken Curry and Rice

Snacks - Scampi Fries - 7 syns

Syns for day 15
 
Sunday - Extra Easy

No Breakfast

Lunch - Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Gammon, Carrots, Boiled Potatoes, Peas, Green Beans, Cauliflower, Yorkshire Pudding = 3 syns, Gravy = 7 syns

Tea - Slice of Meat Loaf.

Not much to eat today, the roast dinner really filled me up

Lunch - Meatloaf, Strawberries and Melon and Grapes
Tea - Spaghetti with King Prawns in Tomato Chilli Sauce - 3 syns for olive oil
Snacks - 4 mallows Sugar free - 1 syn

Syns today 4 so far
 
I have had a few naughty days and not kept my food diary up to date. However we all have slips so now i am back on plan and trying to lose the 3lbs i put on.

Sunday - Red Day

Not felt great today so not had much to eat

Lunch - 6 x Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbreads with Primula Cheese Spread
Tea - 2 slices of wholemeal bread, Bacon
Snacks - Sainsburys Strawberry Trifle - 10 syns, Mullerlight

Total Syns - 10 syns
 
Monday - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, Fibre Plus Bar

Lunch - Mugshot, Packet of French Fries = 4 1.2 syns

Tea - Tuna Salad Sandwich = 7 syns, Quavers - 4 1.2 syns

Total syns - 16 syns

Been really busy today so definately not had a lot to eat but will try harder tomorrow.

Lunch - 3 slices of turkey with Salad, Lettuce, Cucumber, Spring Onions, Tomatoes, Radishes, Celery with Honey and Mustard dressing. Mullerlight

Tea - Homemade Burger, 57g wholemeal roll, Salad Lettuce, Spring Onion, Tomatoes, Radishes, Celery and Syn Free Barbeque Sauce. 100g McCain Rustic Chips = 1 syns

Evening Snacks = Banana, Pear
Velvet Crunch = 4 syns, Quavers = 4.5 syns, Packet of Animals = 6 syns

Syns so far today = 15.5 syns

Had a really nice day and enjoyed all my meals, really back on plan today.
