MONDAY 9TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = Beans with mushrooms and fried egg

Snack = pear

Lunch = couscous with mixed salad

Snack = quavers 4.5 syns, cheese (HEA) on toast (HEB)

Dinner = SW chip butty (HEB)

WEDNESDAY 11TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = fried egg on toast (HEB)

Snack = all bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA) and strawberries

Lunch = mushypea curry

Snack = quavers (4.5 syns) and fruit

Tea was mega mega late and I had gone beyond hunger, so I ended up having some mash (+2 butter buds [1 syn]) with onions in it. Strange I know, lol x

Total syns = 5.5 syns

THURSDAY 12TH JANUARY 2012

Its my first weigh in tonight, and im feeling really excited!!!

Breakfast = Beans with 3 EL laughing cows (1/2 HEA) and egg.

Lunch = left over mushypea curry

Snacks = Fruit, muller light (1 syn), ryvita minis (HEB)

Dinner = Veg stir fry

FRIDAY 13TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = Bacon, beans, egg and 1 babybel (3 syns)

Lunch = Jacket spud with ham salad


OMG WELL DONE!!!!! you must be well chuffed! I want what yr having! lol xxxx
 
I'm ok, had a half pound gain last thurs so trying to get that off and more this week! Feeling strangely motivated too lol x
 
Think its everyone elses motivation after Christmas. Everyone sort of jumps on the band wagon dont they, which makes it easier to follow suit, lol.

Im out next weekend for my mums 60th birthday. HAving a meal, so im hoping to save most of my syns so I can have a good time :) lol x

Breakfast = 2 toast (HEB) 2 cheese slices [5 syns], mushrooms and egg

Lunch = Jacket potato with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, peppers, egg and onion

Snacks = apple, pear, banana and a muller light

Dinner = Mash with 2 butterbuds (1 syn) and beans

TOTAL SYNS = 6

TUESDAY 17TH JANUARY 2012 (green day)

Breakfast = 35g Weetabix crunchy bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)

Snack = banana and apple. Options hot choc (2 syns)

Lunch = boiled egg, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, pepper, mushrooms, pear

Snack = options hot choc (2 syns) and a vending machine tea white no sugar (1/2 syn) apple

Dinner = rice, egg, leeks, mushrooms, onions, carrot, peas, and lea & perrins

Supper = 2 slices 400g WM loaf (HEB) with egg

Total syns = 4 1/2
 
WEDNESDAY 18TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = beans with light philly (HEB) and egg. Followed by a pear

Lunch = lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, tomato, pepper, onion, boiled egg, and a diet coke

Snacks = pear, orange, sweet & sour mugshot

Dinner = SW garlic chips with beans and egg

THURSDAY 19TH JANUARY 2012

Should be weigh day today, but I cant get to group, so im going to another local one on Saturday instead.

We're off to the inlaws tonight until tomorrow, and im going to need a lot of will power, so it'll be testing....hope it goes ok though!!

Breakfast = 35g weetabix crunchy bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)

Snacks = beans with cheese slice (2.5 syns) and mushrooms

Lunch = lettuce, bettroot, cucumber, pepper, onion, tomato and boiled egg

Snacks = muller light (1 syn) ryvita minis (HEB) Pear, apple

Total Syns = 3.5 up to now

Thanks Cai.....I survived the inlaws, and had a absolutely amazing loss this week!!! Ready for this.....


......7 and a half pound!!!

I honestly could not believe it!!! Nearly passed out!!!

I went out Saturday for my mum's birthday. It was a set menu meal thing and a disco afterwards. I went with a plan, but then I got a bit drunk and the plan went out of the window. I don't go out very much at all, so i enjoyed myself. We danced our butts off tho too, so I hope that counts towards something, lol.

All in all the weekend has been very very bad, just ope I can do enough for a loss this week. Fingers crossed, lol

WEEKEND, as I remember it: -

Breakfast = 35g Weetabix crunchy bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)
Lunch = tinned tomatoes with mushrooms and egg
Meal out = bubbly in the limo, then melon for starter, then beef roast dinner for main, and chocolate mousse for desert. Quite a few vodka and diet cokes, archers and lemonade, pernod with black, and sambuka shots. Very naughty :(


Sunday

Breakfast = tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon and egg.
Lunch = sunday roast with mash (2 syns), gravy (2 syns) and white sauce (2 syns). Followed by cheesecake (dunno syn wise).
Tea/supper = crunchy nut with milk (bad syns)

All in all a very crappy weekend!!!
 
MONDAY 23RD JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = banana and an apple

Lunch = savory rice with lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, tomato, peppers and boiled egg

Snacks = apple, orange, muller light, pombears (4 syns), banana

Dinner = mash with butterbud (1/2 syn), beans, onions, mushrooms, egg

Total Syns = 4.5 syns
