I honestly could not believe it!!! Nearly passed out!!!

I went out Saturday for my mum's birthday. It was a set menu meal thing and a disco afterwards. I went with a plan, but then I got a bit drunk and the plan went out of the window. I don't go out very much at all, so i enjoyed myself. We danced our butts off tho too, so I hope that counts towards something, lol.

All in all the weekend has been very very bad, just ope I can do enough for a loss this week. Fingers crossed, lol

TUESDAY 24TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = 35g All Bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)

Lunch = beans and cheese slice (2.5 syns) with egg + tomato puree

Snack = 2 custard creams (6 syns)

Dinner = Rice, tinned tomatoes, chilli flakes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, sweetner

Supper = fromage frais with sweetener.

Total syns = 8.5 syns
 
WEDNESDAY 25TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = Beans with 3 EL laughing cows (1/2 HEA) and an egg

Lunch = savoury rice with cucumber, tomato, mushrooms, and onions

Snacks = pear, orange, apple, banana.

Dinner = Mushypea curry with onions, mushrooms and peppers.

How did WI go?? x

Not good!! I gained 2.5lb :eek:

There are loads of reasons why this could be though: -

1. I did have a naughty weekend, with lots of alcohol and food;

2. I weighed at a different group last week;

3. Last week, I weighed Saturday, instead of Thursday, so not quite gone a week;

4. When I weighed Saturday, I weighed in the morning, rather than the evening;

5. When I weighed Saturday, I had lost 7.5lb, which seems quite excessive.

It still means that I lost 5lb over 2 weeks, which im happy with.

I am determined to get it off this week!!

I have decided that I will never weigh at another group again!!!
 
Oh well that's ok then :) at least ubhave reasons why!!
It's when u have no idea why that it's annoying! Xx
 
FRIDAY 27TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = Tinned tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms and egg

Snack = hot chocolate (4 syns)

Lunch = Turkey, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, beetroot, peppers, egg

Snacks = Apple, pear, muller light, quavers (4.5 syns)

Dinner = Pork steaks with mash (1/2 syn for butterbud), peas and mushrooms

Snack = pickled onions

Total syns = 9 up to now

SATURDAY 28TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = 35g weetabix crunchy bran (HEB) with SS milk (HEA)

Snack = Pear

Lunch = Pork with egg fried rice (7.5 syns) :eek: and beans, followed by a muller light.

Snack = kitkat (4.5 syns)

Dinner = chicken royale without mayo from BK (28.5 syns) and a chocolate brownie (30 syns) :4633:

Snack = pickled onions

Total syns = 70.5 :eek::mad::wave_cry:

I went to BK planning to have a salad, but didn't realise they didn't do them anymore. Totally gutted!! :( :break_diet:
 
SUNDAY 29TH JANUARY 2012

Breakfast = Tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and egg

Snack = apple, pear and banana

Lunch = minestrone mugshot

Snacks =muller light, pickled onions

Dinner = beans, mash with butterbud (1/2 syn) FF cottage cheese and egg

Supper = mushy peas and 2 slices of 400g WM toast (HEB)

Total syns = 1/2

Tinned, ah hunni don't worry about the bk. Its just one meal, if house stay on track you'll very fine. A meal off plan very now and then is a good thing boosts your metabolism (well that's my excuse lol). You still have to live on this diet and it hasn't knocked you so that's a victory in itself. You can only get skinnier. X
 
thanks Cake!! The OH said I should have just cancelled the order and gone home, but the kids luv BK, so I couldn't offer it them and then take it away....and I was starving!! lol

Im straight back on plan now though, and have a plan!! Loads of water, and loads of speedy food....just hope its enough to get me a loss on Thursday. I will be really gutted if its another gain :rolleyes:

Time will tell....and Im up for the challenge, lol.

How are you getting on Miss Slinky?? lol xx

Sorry for the typos on my mobile. You are doing great being back on plan!

I'd kill for a vegetarian bk meal right now lol. Lunchless as I'm in the car and just sandwiches everywhere.

Sorry my diary has been a bit quiet just lately....iv been on AL and had a few things going off at home, but im back now. Went to weigh-in last night and I lost 5lb this week!!! And...got my stone award....whoop whoop!! Super happy :D :D :D
