Tuesday Weekly weigh-in

    Tuesday weekly weigh-in. I was mean't to start my diet last week but then we went on holiday and I was shocked to see I had lost weight when I weighed myself today in the morning when I had just woken up. I also started my diet today and will be weighing myself every Tuesday from now on.

    12st, 12Ib (180pounds)


    This week I am 12st, 10Ib (178 pounds)

    Hopefully, I will lose 2Ib or more next week. Also anyone else who will weigh themselves on Tuesday's it will be fun to see what we lose and I think it will give us more encouragement aswell if you share what you have lost.

    I have had a good first week and have lost 5Ib in total, yay.

    I am now 173Ib which is amazing and I never thought I'd lose that much weight but it just proves that healthy eating, exercise and drinking water actually works...Hopefully, next week I will be able to lose more weight.

    well done on your weight loss so far!!
    Have you lost anymore since.. as I see this post was from 3 weeks ago?
    I will be weighing on a tuesday so shall put down the results here!!!
