The superfree foods do seem to make a differencedon't know if it's an old wives tale, but someone told me many years ago to eat grapefruits to loose weight, so I have half a one everyday either for breakfast or after lunch. Going for 4lbs next week to reach my club 10. Happy Food Optimising!
