Bit sad as cant get weighed tomorrow and got to wait till thursday eve lol i do enjoy tuesday mornings still its only till the end of holidays and my little one starts playschool so can go to group reguarly on tuesdays again x i find getting weighed in evening always ruins my loss and then unmotivates me but hoping will still be a good loss on thursday!

Half lb off again this week Quite a slow couple of weigh ins I had a great week up until Saturday evening then had a few spontaneous drinks which led to a more relaxed approach on Sunday Back on track yesterday and today so thankful for a loss
Really want a good loss next week so gonna stick to plan every day x

Natalie hun all scales are different plus depends whst time of day it is how much you have drunk etc ... You may be surprised tomorrow xx even if it is 2lb that is still a big loss so well done x

Thanx hun. Well my scales were right, I lose 2lb this week but I'm happy with that. To be honest a dress I put on for WI today feels really loose on me and I only wore it last week so I think I've lost inches more than anythin but I'm happy with my loss! There's always next week for my 1 stone award
