Lost 2 lbs tonight. Got my 3.5 stone award and am now 12 stone exactly! Next week - into the 11s 
Hi everyone. I had my first proper weigh in at Slimming World this week and I've been following Extra Easy. I was really nervous - not because I'd haven't stuck to the plan but incase I didn't lose anything and they thought I hadn't tried. A bit silly really. I lost 3.5lbs which takes me in to the 11's. Having to complete the food diary really makes me aware of what crap I was snacking on before joining SW. Do you guys still keep a food diary after the first few weeks after the consultant doesn't need to see it? or just keep track of the syns?

Amylou55, firstly welcome back and of course you can join our very successful Tuesday group anytime, it couldn't have been easy to come back after losing so much and then to put it all back on and I bet once you reach your target (which I have no doubt you will) you will keep it off this time. That is just an amazing weight loss, well done and hope your feeling a lot better now
I gained 2 pounds and I've been completely on plan.I've been doing red or green days because I did lots of green days last week when I had my 8 pound loss, but my consultant thinks I might not be eating enough for my size so I am going back to extra easy.
Aw Snowy, sorry you are disappointed, but considering you had an 8lb loss last week perhaps this week's gain is just your body saying "whoopsie, slow down a little". Good luck with the extra easy this week.
I lost 2.5 lb which surprised and delighted me.
