EASY TURKEY BURGERS (revised)

500g lean turkey mince
pinch of chilli powder
1 table spoon of parmesan
pinch of salt & pepper
1 table spoon of knorr stock (powder)
half a slice of wholemeal bread made into breadcrumbs.

Mix all the ingrediants together (by hand) and then divide into balls (makes 8) flour work surface and pat balls down to nice equal flat sizes.

Place on plate and cover with cling film and chill in fridge for at least hour before frying with fry light.

I worked out these to just under 2 points per burger.

So to serve with wholemeal roll = 4 points.

These are so easy to make and really tasty - nice served with 0 point coleslaw and lots of salad even low enough in points to have with home-made wedges ;o))
