Turkey burgers

Hi, I got some Turkey mince and I was going to do turkey burgers, but my mum (aka head chef) is pretty sure I'll need to add breadcrumbs to bind it together? Does anyone have any other suggestions or shall I risk it sans breadcrumbs? Thanks

Whenever I make burgers I add 1 egg to the mix, any spices that I want, mix well & shape into burgers, chill in a fridge then cook from cold.
