    Baked Beans - 1
    Home Made Chips - 4

    Dinner - Quorn stir Fry - 4

    Snacks - 3 digestives - 3 ( bold bold bold)
    2 tuc crackers - 1
    Glass of red wine - 2.5

    Total pts used - 27
