Tweaking it

    Calorie Controlled
    Can't believe it - last week I put ON 3 pounds and the week before another pound ON.

    So I thought I'd tweak my diet and see what (if anything) I'm doing wrong.

    Verdict so far: I've been counting the Mullerlight Cheesecake as FREE and I didn't have extra lean pork mince and frozen steak cubes (I just had ordinary mince and didn't take fat of steak cubes). So hopefully that is the problem and hopefully should see a weight loss this week!!!!!!!!!!!!
