Twinkle's Diary(food ment)

After a good chat this evening,I'm hitting TFR again tomorrow and (except for Saturday),I will stay 100% until 10th March,when I will hopefully refeed properly this time by exchanging one of my shakes for a protein meal and see what happens from there.I'm quite chuffed that I'm starting again tomorrow instead of Sunday and it's thanks to my supportive buddy :)
We are definitely going to do this now x
 
you sound like you are doing fab keep up the good work and your time on LT will fly by and there will be a new you at the end of it x I am absolutely loving cooking think just the smell of it takes my hunger away not really sure but my OH has never ate so well or my little girl lol x I am just at the end of week 3 and I am feeling great

Lol at the cooking.I've found that I'm cooking nicer things now .You sound as though you're doing great.There's no denying that this diet is hard but the results are fab and I'm just glad I've found the strength to get on it again x well done for getting through the first 3 wks xxx
 
On day 2 of 100% and feeling great.I had a headache yesterday but I could live with that but I'm peeing about every 15 mins and it's really annoying lol.I'm feeling quite determined that this isn't going to get the better of me and I'm full of confidence today.This wk has been really crap so far,so I'm pleased that I'm feeling so gd on LT

Lol yep,roll on refeed.I am quite hungry today but I'm also on my first day of cutting down on my smoking and it could be alot worse lol.Just 6 more days to go,yay :D xxx

I know, we've come a long way in such a short time. You're doing fantastically and I will still be here for you when mine has come to an end. I haven't been on here much lately as I've had loads of family issues, mainly the kids being ill :( but will always be here for you sweety xxx
 
I had my first weigh in since starting refeed a few weeks ago and I've put on 5lbs :( I've been back on 100% but struggling big time and had two blips.I'm determined to lose the 5lbs I've put on plus at least another 9lbs before I go away in May.
I'm really constipated again,which probably didn't help with my weigh in either,so grabbed another batch of dulcolax and hoping that'll work and hoping my bloated belly will go down quickly.
It seems that the closer I've got to goal,the harder it's been and after having a few very up and down weeks,it's time to get back on track and stick with it to the end!
 
Good luck with the remainder Twinkle. Dont worry about the blips, theyre over now and you can do it. Well done to date
 
I haven't been on here for a while and I've not done well at all :(
I am now facing the last day 1 of LT today,as I have managed to add on another 7lbs since I was last here.When I stood on my scales yesterday,I was gutted,as I didn't think I'd been that bad,but,the fact is,I'm now 12lbs heavier than my lowest weight ever a few wks back,so now I'm back with a vengeance.....I have cancelled a meal out with my girlfriends tomorrow and I won't be having lunch on Thursday like my mum thinks and if need be then I will have to tell her why,as this time I can't fail otherwise I will be sooooo miserable.Sooooo,here's to day 1 for the final time and I've already had my first shake,so I best find something to keep me busy for the next few days.

Twinkle. :bighug: Stop beating yourself up!

You've got a healthy BMI now and that's a fantastic acheivement. Maybe you need to think of another diet plan to get you through to the end and teach you how to manage to eat food and control your weight at the same time. Look at Hockey Nut's diary for inspriation.

You've shown such strength in getting this far. You can make it to the end
 
Thanks Dusty,I keep trying to tell myself how well I've done but I can't seem to pull myself up.I have lost some of my weight gain,so feeling a bit happier and not on 100% shakes completely.I've thrown in some maintainance shakes and the odd bit of fish lol.I can't seem to stay completely 100%,so I'm trying other options xxxx thank you for your support xxx
 
Hi there Twinkle.

My programme postively encourages starting a protein meal for two reasons - it's hard to stay 100% for months on end and more importantly, it's great training on portion sizes etc. So I think it's a great plan to plan in some fish.

I'm doing Alizonne which is supervised by a specialist GP, has blood tests and two treatments to target fat loss and help skin shrink.

You've done so well - dropping 5 BMI points and more than half way. Congratulations.
