Hey :)

Anyone tried the Twist board thinggys?
You stand on them and well twist from side to side holding your stomach in.
They have wee dimply things on the bottom to help with balance and tension (ooer, could do with a man like that!)

Anyway, Iv been finding it really good for the old hips (im very hippy) and bum, get a bit of a stich after a while.

But they are around £10 and you can do it while watching telly!!! Bonus!!

Anyone else found them good? Or crap?

I have one I do it every day [almost] but havent really noticed that much difference yet but havent had it for that long, quite fun though once you get the hang of not twisting and flying off in to the wall.. haha.

lol!! I do it quite quickly, its about 400cals i do in 50mins really lost it on my hips... Think if u do it slow its not as good. Dunno tho!
Maybe im just weird.... most likely lol
