Two delicious meals....

Made the SW carbonara recipe (the one with quark) yesterday for lunch and it was delicious! Have the leftovers for dinner tonight, after weigh-in.

Today for lunch I had lettuce and tomatoes with smoked salmon, quark, and fresh lemon juice. It was lovely. Can't believe I have only just discovered the joys of smoked salmon, especially as it counts as oily fish. The only downer is that apparently too much of it can increase your risk of getting cancer...
