    Intermittent fasting/JUDDD
    Need a bit of a motivation boost as I've been struggling lately as some of you know, but had to recognise this diet does indeed work because not only am I finally under 200 :bliss: I'm also lighter than my dh :bliss: (by a lb but still eeeeeek! )
    So don't give up guys and remind me why I should continue next time I have a rant.
    Let's have a 100% water filled brilliant weekend! :D

    How about say -10% of your body weight or BMI type goals to keep you spurred on?
