Two questions from newbie!

Hello

Have started doing juddd this week and have looked at the stickies and posts on here, they've been really helpful :)
Just 2 questions if someone could help me please? first is would it be ok to have 2 low days, 3 up days and 2 in between days (say 1200 cals) or does it have to be 3 down days? And now I've forgotten the 2nd question lol, will prob come back to me in a minute! Thanks x
 
Hi and welcome, it is such an individual diet that different patterns work for different people and I jiggle it around a bit if I go through a stall, thats part of its attraction moulding it to suit 'you' . so if thats how you want to do it hun it sounds fine to me, give it a couple of weeks and see what happens, you can always yweak it then if you need to x
 
Yeah Jo is right jiggle it for all you are worth, until you find the way that fits you and your lifestyle.
