    Hi

No need to feel bad :). Have you tried the new WW ProPoints? It's meant to very successful and, in addition to your daily allowance, you get 49 weekly ProPoints which can be used throught the week. There's loads of info on the main WW section if you need more info.

My advice would be to plan, plan, plan - incorporating the things you like as a daily treat. If you plan carefully, you shouldn't have to miss out on the odd cake or choc, but maybe try and find the lowest pointed choc and cakes. It's hard to stick to any plan if you feel like you are missing out on things you really like, so maybe if you can incorporate some treats you might find it easier to stick to the plan. A friend of mine has lost 3 stone - each evening she has either 2 squares of choc or a scoop of icecream and that satisfies her sweet tooth but it is accounted for in her daily allowance.

Have you ever joined a WW class? Although personally I don't like the classes, lots of people find the support of a group, and the fact that you are being weighed there, helps them stay motivated.

Also, have you looked at some of the food diaries on here? It might give you some ideas on low pointed meals and how other people use their points.

Not sure I have been any help here, but you aren't alone so don't give up - it will click into place.

    Good luck.
