hi everyone thank you to all who replyed to last post i thought i would up date everyone and let you i start on the 1 sept gotta admit im scared i just dont want to fail i went to meet my councellor last night and there were other girls there made some friends so hopefully we`ll spur each other on aswell and i also mentioned this forum telling them what a great bunch of ppl you all are:D i hope you are all keeping well and keeping up those great weight losses and can anyone please tell me how i get a tracker on my account thanks x

Good luck MMS!!! As RC said - your best offence, is a good defense: stay on the diet 100% and you will sail through. Lapse, and you will either struggle, or just make the diet longer then it needs to be - and why would you want to do that, ay? :)

oh good luck, im currently contemplating doing lighter life, gonna get in contact with a councllr and talk bout it!! just wondering if any one knows the prices (in ire)?

i am now in week 5 and i was a bit scared but very excited when i was waiting to start - its honestly the best thing i have done and the weight is falling off. i have not cheated once and i know that i wont - i am determined and im sure you will feel the same as soon as you see the fantastic weight losses. the first week is the worst and if you stick to it and get through that week, it will get easier and easier. your start day isnt far off now so i would suggest cutting down on your carbs now and your withdrawal will be so much easier. good luck and dont forget to let us all know how you are getting on. x
