I have a good feeling about this month. This is day two for me and I am really excited about my Wednesday weigh in next week.
I am off to swim at lunch time today and then going to an aquagym class this evening too! I am hoping by the end of the month to have reduced in volume!
I was on holiday last week and bought a couple of pairs of cropped trousers, a cotton jacket, and some jeans - none of which would fasten! I hope that by the end of the month they will fasten and my friends who are coming to visit will be proud of my new look - they have been very supportive of my dieting efforts!
