well this IS going to be a good month and its fantastic to join such a nice group of people for my very first challenge

Well i had my wi tonight and sts which is better then a gain after my blip. I have also bought some dulcolax to help the toilet issue.

I am putting this week behind me and starting again. Here is to the July challenge xxxx

Hi Guys,

Well yesterday was a 100% day whoop whoop!!! I even managed 4.5 litres which was good. I took some Dulcolax and all night my stomach was making weird noises. I have been to the toilet once but not a lot of movement so i may take another one tonight.
