well done on all the losses guys, we are on fire this month!!

I went shopping on saturday for a pair of shorts and guess what........

I GOT INTO A SIZE 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I screamed with excitement in the changing rooms, which was a bit embarassing considering i was on my own lol.

I never thought i would get into a 10!!! It has now given me the incentive to carry on x

Lost 2 lbs this week! So happy!!

...And co-won slimmer of the week again with someone in the group. My group was the smallest ever! (only 5 people in total - shocking!)

I was a bit aprehensive about this week because this weekend I had 2 hot chocolate drinks (I put a lot of nesquick powder in my hot chocolate drink- about 3 tbsp!!).

It just shows how you can still enjoy your syns and lose weight. I am over the moon! 2lbs loss!!! wooow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! soooooo haaaaaaaappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
