Last night saw the end of week 5 on the RC plan and saw me say goodbye to another 3lbs that takes my weight loss to a total of 19lbs now. I also got slimmer of the week for the second week running.
As part of my attempt to up the exercise, I had a 30 minute session booked with a personal trainer for this evening. I'm sorry but do people really do this fun? It was only 30 minutes but I really thought my time was up and never knew I could sweat that much! I feel better for it now but need to try and work out how I can afford 6 more sessions (have to buy in bundles of this size). I will be going to the gym but know I won't push myself as much if I go it alone.
