How was it with the Quorn? I was also thinking of giving it a go. So annoying that Quorn is quite high carb - the 'bacon' is the lowest carb of the Quorn products I could find
100g Quorn mince is 4.5g carb, so not too bad as it does swell considerably so you don't need loads. Sadly more than meat. I guess the thing with Quorn is that there are about 100 products so not just purely mushroom protein, all sorts of other stuff added in which then increases the carbs.
