urgent request for help as im cooking as we speak!

doing a stir fry and ave brought sharwood medium egg noodles - searched on slimming world on line and it says free on extra easy but im panicking that its not!!!!

No problem - dried egg noodles are free on EE, so no harm done.

thanks!!! i put them in the calculator and they said 21!!! so i was freaking - then was hungry so ate them!!!

these have now added something different to my weekly meals!!

Always look on syns online first before using the online calculator. And as above person says always put in free foods when usign the online calculator (if applicable)
