Hi everyone
I notice allot of us use our phones for minimins.
Just wondered if anybody had any suggestion's for application's to use on mobile/iPad etc to help keep a track of weight and exercise or even calories/carb intake for those using ws and such like?
I use a free app called fat secret normally when I diet and I track my weight cals fat carbs and activity. I find it really helpful and thought about adding the bouillon, cola, asda bars, biggest loser, exante products to the fat secret data base so that I can track what I'm having through the day and as a meal when I start to aam and through to re feeding. please feel free to add any other good apps you use
