I was REALLY lazy today and didn't get up until 2pm hence only 2 meals!!

Brunch: 2 slices wholemeal toast with 2 Laughing Cow Light triangles & Vegemite

Tea: Roast new potatoes, Carrot & turnip mash, brocolli, sweetcorn & carrots, Quorn Peppered Steaks, Aunt Bessies Mini Midweek Mini Yorkshire puddings, 2 tsp Bisto

Drinks: Sugar free juice, tea with sweetner

HEA: Milk in tea, Laughing cow Light

HEB: 2 slices wholemeal bread

Syns: 3 Midweek Mini yorkshire puds (3 syns), 2 tsp Bisto (2 syns), Cadbury's Fudge (5 syns) = 10 syns
 
Monday:

Breakfast: Oats so Simple Original with 180ml semi-skimmed milk & 1tsp sugar

Lunch: Leftover Chilli & jacket potato

Tea: Quorn sausage & bean bake with 42g reduced fat cheddar (sooo filling & tasty :) )

Extras: 2litres sparkling water, Satsumas, Cadburys Highlights, Tea

HEA: 250ml semi skimmed milk, 42g red fat cheddar

HEB: Oats so Simple Original

I was sooo full after the Quorn sausage & bean bake I couldn't eat another thing!!

Boozy night in & saving syns for yummy food, not drink!!

Well Saturday started off as my usual weekends do, had breakfast, no lunch then a big tea, plus me & DH decided to stay in and have a boozy night in on the Wii so yet again I used all my syns on alcohol :sigh: I have decided to abstain from alcohol until 10th December as I have 3 consecutive Xmas nights out from the Thursday through to the Saturday and I want to use my syns for nice food not just alcohol :cool:


So here's my Saturday:

HEB: 1 piece wholemeal bread, 1 wholemeal roll

1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce: 1.5syns

Breakfast: 2 slice wholemeal toast with LCL & Vegemite

Lunch: Wagamama's saien soba: whole wheat noodles in a vegetable soup topped
with fried tofu, beansprouts, courgettes, asparagus, red onions, leeks, mushrooms, mangetout and garlic. Garnished with spring onions and Edamame Beans with Garlic & Chilli salt (absolutely gorgeous!!!)


Tea: Mixed Mushroom & Red Onion omelette with 2 small baked sweet potatoes with VLF Cottage cheese & drizzled with 1tbsp Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce

I'm a lot happier with my eating today, I had an awful lot of free foods :D
 
Monday:

Has been a great day, I thought I was going to fall off the wagon as I was craving sweets but I bought fruit salads and some sugarsnap peas instead!!
