Very 1st Food Diary

    Hi everyone
    I only started the SW diet today, and want to make sure what I'm eating is ok. So any comments will be much appreciated :)

    *EXTRA EASY*

    BREAKFAST
    2 Weetabix (healthy extra B) with skimmed milk (healthy extra A)

    MID MORNING SNACK
    1 x Alpen light choc n fudge bar (3 syns)

    LUNCH
    Crosse n Blackwell cheese n broccoli pasta n sauce, made with water. I added lots of chopped mushrooms n onions, as my superfoods.
    3 small plums and a banana

    DINNER
    2 small chicken breasts baked in oven with onions.
    Broccoli, cauliflower n carrots(Steamed)
    Potato (mashed-no milk or butter)
    Bisto gravy (3 syns??)

    AFTER DINNER...
    Cup of tea with sweetener and milk from Healthy Extra allowance
    1 x Alpen light choc n fudge bar (3 syns)

    TOTAL SYNS = 9
