    sorry about the rant first thing bank hol monday but l could cry:cry:l have a very social weekend (dinners out sat & sun and BBQ yesterday evening) instead of food l had 2 bars each day and lm now out of ketosis lm bl**dy fuming. have just started my 20th week very upset will it take me long to get back in ketosis? plus suppose to start AAMW today do l go ahead or not? :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:

    Don't be harsh on yourself...what will power you have to eat the bars rather than eating all the other goodies available.
    Those extra carbs in the bars might give yor metabolism a kick start and you might be pleasantly surprised on WI day.

    I would stick with the plan and do your AAMW - the meals are low carb and won't stop you going into Ketosis...but they will rev up your metabolism and help slide you back into healthy eating.

    Well done on your fabulous loss so far...what an inspiration you are.
