haaa re "easy is noting"! I hear you re the "eat before 6pm" but most people who work can't do that... and it's best to exercise before dinner surely? (oh no, I'm now giving you the excuse NOT to exercise hee hee!!)
 
oooh weather... I love weather talk!! (almost as much as number two talk!!). When we drove to the house Friday afternoon, it was 37°C on the car thermometre gauge. I was amazed (well not really cos I'd been moaning to you guys at how hot it was). When I saw a neighbour and told them she said: "oh it was 42 on my garden thermometre Thursday afternoon!" (WHAT???????!!).

Now thankfully back to 25°C... but going back up to 30°C by weekend...

I love cold too... where the house is, it's a "continental climate" so very cold in the winter... minus 14°C my first winter (one day). I thought I was going to die!! We keep the log burner going and it's lovely! We've even been known to sleep in front of it on a sofa bed!

No exercising before dinner = bad :D makes you more hungry x
 
well peeps. Got in, marinated some chicken for next couple of days and made my steak galette. yum.
did 13 mins step, 30 sit ups an 50 arm exercises :) doesnt sound much but i dont want to overdo it lol.
having a cup of green tea in a min and then chill!!!!!

I have also started logging my food and exercise on myfitness pal. I find that really helps!
i will get to goal (have even amended my sig ;) )

Ive now got to work my butt off :) think the never ending weeks were putting me off (nothing to do with ice cream at all!)
 
as long as i get to it - sorry I WILL get to it :) 1lb off this week and im back to where i was last WI. Am going to friends BBQ this weekend, but am going to take some marinated chicken tikka and some beef skewers. BUT i will be drinking vodka and diet coke. BUT it will be the only day im drinking this week.

Im determind to lose this weight but i know the codka and diet coke wont take me out of ketosis, neither will the chicken tikka and beef kebabs.
 
hey vicks explain why its ok to drink vodka(i know its not)and how much diet coke are we allowed to drink mmmm .
