Virus Protection for PC's

I'm wasn't sure where to post this but thought this forum would be the best place

Just a question really, I'm on the lookout for some pc virus protection and would be grateful if someone could recommend one for me preferably a free download lol!

It's really good Mrs D. I used to use Norton (paid!), but found AVG better. It's very popular

i use norton although i have heard that avg is just as good, hope it works for you hun

Thanks Wanna and DQ! I definitely need something to protect my ancient pc! Can't afford to get rid and replace it for a loooooong time lol!

lol, its usually the younger the pc the more trouble anyway hun, the older the better, dont say that very often

Ours is coming up for 8 years old and (touch wood) usually doesn't give us much trouble. It just looks awful with it's big monitor etc!

yeah i know what you mean, the hamster in the back needs fed to power the screen or it dont work lol

as long as it's stil working and the hamsters are happy i wouldnt worry lol

Oh no the hamsters died of exhaustion! I've got 5 guinea pigs in there now lol!
