Vitamins etc...

I would like to know if anyone takes any vitamins or supplements and how this helps your weight loss?

A friend of mine years ago swore by Kelp tablets and said it made the metabolism work quicker or something like that but she said it had helped her lose weight.

I've also read about cider vinegar tablets, has anyone taken those?

Anyway It's be usefull for some feedback as some tablets really help... and I'm not talking about slimming tablets at all here!

Never tried kelp or cider vinigar. I normally take a multivitamin if i am feeling rough, however watch out for the mulitvitamins with evening primrose oil, they are half a syn each
