does anyone know if it's free?

I've just bought a 1.5ltr bottle as I'm trying to drink more water this week, and horrified to now find that 250ml is 47 calories. That's 282 for the whole bottle! If a syn is 20 cals that's 14 syns!

I just googled it. It's not free. Dammit. My 9 year old son will be happy at least, he's just gained a big bottle of his favourite flavour!

Yes, it's 5 syns per 500ml I used to regularly drink a bottle with lunch before I started SW! I'm surprised they don't do a sugar-free version, tbh.

Me too! I'm sure I've had a 500ml bottle or two since I started SW, without even realising.

There is a no added sugar strawberry flavour one on Tesco website.

The ordinary ones are about five per cent sugar. There are some flavoured waters which don't have sugar, but many of them do - you have to read the label to be sure.
