W3 weight in

    Hiya dont get chance to be on here much, but wanted to say your all doing fab, newbies keep it up its worth it!

    Lost 3.5lbs this week, which im more than happy with, i think its slowing down slightly as ive not as much to lose now, just the tummy haha

    16.5lbs in 3 weeks though Im more than happy with that!

    Im out for my wedding anniversary next weekend so im refeeding next week so I can enjoy the night having a lovely meal with my hubby and our 2 friends who are travelling up for the weekend

    Must say that Ive had no problems over past 3 weeks, hubby has been fab, have drank about 5 litres of water a day (which is what I used to drink before hand) going loo everyday (sorry if too much info) and have had more energy than normal! So all you first weekers...keep it up its worth it!!!


    ps scaredsilence, hope you get yourself sorted well done on the weight loss so far thats fab!!!!

    Hiya Doirin,

    Yes I'll be back on it Sunday 30th ready for my birthday in October (unless I hit my target weight before) Ive got the refeed sheet to follow from the pharmacy and Ive just been on reading a few refeed diaries on here too for ideas for days 4-7?

    I'll prob have chicken caeser salad for my meal anyway when we go out because thats what i always have (well had before LT) it was the chocolate and pcos that done me in (used to eat 4-5 bars a night atleast) its weird but i thought that would be the hardest bit about the diet as im a total chocoholic but Ive not missed it once yet :D

    Hi Colette,
    you should be fine in time for your birthday. what if you hate caesar salad now? Only joking!!!
    Feel the same about chocolate as you, I haven't missed it and yes I could have given you a run for your money on the eating it stakes, I bet. Hopefully when we are all off this we will have a total aversion to the stuff eh! Best of luck.
