Hey hun, i think working up the plans is the best thing for you when you reach BMI 25, that way can get your head around things like portion control and healthy eating.

As for eating the bread, i'd try to stick with the foods in the book because that way you'll know you're going to lose weight. Also the bread could actually fill up your glycogen stores too quikly and make you gain weight. I think the reason for working up the steps is to introduce carbs back into the diet gradually to prevent rapid weight gain.

Sorry just read that you have had a few bad days, so you have done super well to have just had a few slices of bread with soup rather than binged, which is what i would have done.

You should speak to your CDC and see what they thinks about the situation and what they would advise xx :)

Your photos are your inspiration. Remember that body that you didn't like, the one you use in your signature.... well this is why you should follow the guidance of your CDC and the book. You have come this far and you dont want any disruptions at the stage as you are on the way to maintenance and looking more fab than you currently are.

A big congrats to you and hang in there it's worth it.

its not as bad as pizza and chips but i would stick to the book if your moving up the plans. its there for a reason after all!!
