Wahoo water flavourings

Is there a limit to to how many you can use? I am not a lover of plain water and these will make it go down alot better.
I will be trying to convert myself to water but need easing in gentley.Thank's.x

I don't know for definite but I got sent a sample pack of the citrus today and as there is citric acid in it which can knock u out of ketosis I would guess that u may need to limit the number. I am sure someone else will know the answer.
