Hi - does anyone else out there walk for exercise?
I wear a pedometer called a Fitbug, which you plug into your computer to upload your steps each day & you're given targets to aim for each week.
I really enjoy walking and I've found that as I'm now on maintenance, if I walk around 10,000 steps per day I can maintain my weight with my current healthy eating plan, this week I've been doing 11,600 steps per day and my weight has come down slightly, which I've no complaints about
I don't do an awful lot more and quite like this for weight maintenance, although I would like to do some resistance training, which is so beneficial I know.
