Right, I need to get this going again as an incentive. For those who don't know me well or read my diary, I am currently (supposedly) doing Tescos diet but am not sticking to it very well at the mo! But I AM exercising up to 5 times a week and constantly watching what I eat, so this WI thread is really just to help motivate me and so I can look back and think "actually, I HAVE done well!" which will hopefully keep me going when it gets tough!
I will not be doing my first WI til next Friday morning (I am 13.2 today) as it is TOTM and because of that I am probably weighing more than I normally would, and dont want to make myself feel bad! So a start weight of 13.2 for May, I'd like to see 1.5lbs a week, so 6lbs a month should be manageable. And if I can get 6lbs off in May and another 6lbs off in June then I could be as light as 12.4 by July and the time I plan to go back on Cambridge, leaving me only 18lbs to lose on SS which I could hopefully do in 4 weeks

. So, lets see if it happens shall we?! Please do feel free to give me a kick up the bum if I'm not achieving my 1.5 as it surely isn't that hard but I need some motivation to see the scales moving down and not staying the same. I don't expect to see a gain!!
